AI agent integrations, with your own sign‑in.
Arclyx agents work inside Gmail, Google Drive and Calendar, Outlook Mail and Calendar, Notion, GitHub, Linear, HubSpot, Apollo, Clay and Cloudflare. Each person connects their own account, so an agent sees what you see and no more, and it only gets the tools its job needs. Admins can add any remote MCP server for the rest.

Why does an AI agent need integrations?
An agent is only as useful as what it can reach. Without your inbox, your CRM and your docs, it can talk about the work but not do it. Integrations let it read where the work is and put the result where your team will see it.
Without it
- You copy data into a chat, then copy the answer out
- Every run starts from what you remembered to paste
- One shared login sees everything
With Arclyx
- It reads your inbox, CRM and docs itself
- It drafts and files where the work lives
- Each person's own sign-in, each agent only the tools it needs
How do you integrate an AI agent with the tools you use?
Open Connections and sign in to the tool with your own account, or paste its key. When you create an agent, Arclyx grants it only the tools that job needs, and if a ready-made job needs a tool you haven't connected, it names it.
- Sign in with the tool itself, or paste a key where it uses one
- Everyone connects their own; nothing is shared by default
- An agent gets only the tools you grant it
- Name any tool you still need to connect
What do connections look like in Arclyx?
One Connections page for everything: what you've connected, what you haven't, and the servers your admins added. Connect a tool once and every agent you create can be given it.

Which tools can an AI agent use in each app?
What each connector offers today. An agent only gets the parts you grant it, and the draft lists exactly which ones before anything runs.
- Search and read threads, and write replies as drafts for you to send
- Search and read messages and folders, and write drafts for you to send
- Search events, suggest a time, create and update events, respond to invitations
- List events, find free time, create and update events
- Search, read and copy files, and create new ones
- Search, read and update pages and databases, create pages, add comments
- Read code, commits, issues and pull requests; comment; open branches and pull requests
- Read and work on issues, projects and documents
- Search and update CRM records, read campaign and email reports
- Find and enrich people and companies
- Search Cloudflare's docs and act on your account
What can an agent do in your tools?
What you granted, through your sign-in. In email it stops at a draft, for you to review and send.
It can
- Search and read email, and write drafts for you to send
- Read your calendar and documents
- Work in Notion, GitHub, Linear and HubSpot
- Search the web and the documents you upload
It can't
- Email anyone but the person it runs for
- See anything your account can't
- Use a tool you didn't grant it
- Reach a private or internal address through a custom server
What should you look for in AI agent integrations?
Signing in is the hard part of any integration, and access is the risky part. Check these before you connect a tool to any AI agent, and here's how Arclyx answers each.
Your own sign-in, handled for you
You sign in with the tool itself; Arclyx keeps the connection and nobody pastes tokens into prompts.
Least access, per agent
Each agent gets only the tools its job needs, listed in the draft before it runs.
Writes you can undo
Ready-made jobs grant drafting rather than sending or deleting.
A way to add the rest
Any tool with a remote MCP server can be added by an admin.
One place to manage it
Connect once in Connections, and every agent you create can use it.
Can an AI agent use MCP servers?
Yes. MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard for giving AI agents tools. If a tool you use offers a remote MCP server, an admin can add it to Arclyx and agents can use it like any built-in connector.
- Workspace admins
- HTTPS, and only addresses on the public internet
- The address is checked when it's saved and on every connection
- Each person's own, or one for the whole workspace
What works without connecting anything?
Web search, reading web pages the run found, the documents you upload, and tables. Every agent can use them from the start.
How does Slack work with Arclyx?
Slack is set up once for the whole workspace. Each agent posts to the channel you pick for it, or messages you directly, and people can @mention Arclyx in channels it's been added to.
Questions about AI agent integrations.
Which tools can an AI agent connect to?
Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Outlook Mail, Outlook Calendar, Notion, GitHub, Linear, HubSpot, Apollo, Clay and Cloudflare, plus any remote MCP server an admin adds.
Does the agent use my account or a shared one?
Yours. Each person connects their own account, so an agent sees exactly what you can see.
Can an agent send email from my Gmail?
It drafts, and you send. In Gmail an agent searches and reads your mail, and writes email as drafts for you to review and send. The email it sends comes from Arclyx and goes only to you.
What is an MCP server?
A standard way for a service to offer tools to AI agents. If a service has a remote MCP server, an admin can add it to Arclyx.
What's the difference between AI agent tools and MCP?
A tool is one action an agent can take, like search threads or create a draft. MCP is the standard a service uses to offer its tools to agents. Every Arclyx connector offers its tools over MCP, which is why any remote MCP server can be added the same way.
Can I connect a tool that isn't listed?
If it offers a remote MCP server, an admin can add it. Otherwise, tell us which tool you need at hello@arclyx.ai.
