# Run the business. Let agents run the tools.

We started Arclyx because small teams spend their week operating tools instead of running their business. Agents can take that week back, if they are built to be trusted.

## Why Arclyx exists

### Vision: Every small team runs like it has fifty people.

The weekly report, the invoice chase, the pipeline cleanup: the work that eats a small team's week gets done by agents, on time, without anyone babysitting it.

### Mission: Turn a sentence about the job into an agent that does it.

Describe the work once. Arclyx builds the agent, connects the tools, proves it on a real run and keeps it running, with every step on the record.

### Why agents: Software made us operators. Agents make it do the job.

Twenty years of SaaS gave every team more dashboards, more tabs and more exports. An agent flips that: you say what done looks like, it does the steps, and it shows its work.

## Why small and mid-sized teams

Big companies hire an ops team. Small ones hire a weekend. A 15-person agency and a 300-person manufacturer run the same Monday report and chase the same invoices as a company of 15,000. Neither has an ops team to automate it. That gap is who we build for.

## How we started

Jigar and Deval started Arc10, an AI-native engineering firm in Toronto.

In 2025 Arc10 started Project DocRAG: upload a team's documents, ask a question, get an answer with its sources. Soon the assistant could run code, not only read.

In April it became Project auramind and grew into a platform for teams. In June it got agents. In September the work launched under a brand of its own: Arclyx.

## Projects and a brand

Two projects, one brand. DocRAG and auramind were project names inside Arc10. Arclyx is the brand.

- 2025: Project DocRAG starts. Arc10 starts Project DocRAG: chat over a team's documents, with answers grounded in its files.
- Feb 18 2026: First agent tools. The assistant can run code, not only read documents.
- Mar 17 2026: Access by tag. Who sees which document is decided by tags.
- Apr 29 2026: Project DocRAG becomes Project auramind. A new project name for a broader platform.
- May 29 2026: Organisations. Multi-tenant, with each organisation's data isolated.
- Jun 15 2026: Agents. Agents with a runtime and an orchestrator; traces two days later.
- Jul 14 2026: Schedules. Agents run on a schedule, after webhooks in June.
- Aug 03 2026: Dry runs. Every agent proves itself on real data before it is saved.
- Aug 13 2026: Sandbox. Code runs in an isolated image to make real files.
- Sep 28 2026: Helpers. Agents can spawn short-lived helpers for part of a job.
- Sep 29 2026: The Arclyx brand. arclyx.ai goes live in private beta.

## How we ship

## What we believe

### Outcomes, not features

We measure Arclyx by the work it finishes, not the buttons it has. A reply in chat, a page updated in Notion, a report posted to Slack: whatever the job, you can see it's done.

### Trust is earned on real data

Test an agent on your real data before you let it run on its own. Dry runs let you watch an agent work before you save it.

### Every step on the record

What an agent did, why, and what it cost is one click away. A trace and a cost on every run.

### Safe when no one is watching

Agents run at 2 a.m., so they have to be trustworthy at 2 a.m. Isolated sandboxes, a spend ceiling on every run, limits set by admins.

### We run on it first

Every capability does our own work before it does yours. Code review, estimates, monitoring and research already run on Arclyx inside Arc10.

## Who builds Arclyx

Arclyx is Arc10's AI agent platform. Arc10 Technologies Inc. built it, first as Project DocRAG, then as Project auramind. Since 2018, Arc10 has built production software for companies across North America, and today the company runs on AI agents of its own.

That experience is why Arclyx exists in the shape it does. Production AI agents need distributed-systems work, observability, API design and real care with data, the work Arc10 does every day.

- Company: Arc10 Technologies Inc.
- Founded: 2018
- Based: Toronto, ON
- Delivers: Across North America
- Builds: AI agents for small and mid-sized teams
- Operating model: AI-native
- AI agents since: 2025
- Stage: Private beta
- Earlier projects: Project DocRAG, Project auramind

## We run on agents first

Arc10 runs its own content, engineering, business development and sales on Arclyx. A few examples from our workspace, and we run many more agents internally.

- Content desk (Editor, Researcher, Fact checker, Illustrator, Social writer): Researches a trending AI problem, writes the post, checks the facts, draws the banner and drafts the social copy.
- Engineering (Code reviewer, Effort estimator, Incident triage, Tech scout): Reviews every pull request, estimates tickets, sorts alerts before anyone is paged and brings new tech to the team.
- Business development (Source curator, RFP scout, Competitor watch): Watches procurement sites for software projects worth bidding on, and keeps an eye on competitors.
- Sales (Prospector, Qualifier, Outreach writer): Finds prospects, qualifies them and drafts an email for a person to review.
